By accessing or using Kiwi Lab’s website, portal, or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
Kiwi Lab provides AI design, development, and integration services. Specific deliverables, scope, and terms are defined in separate agreements or statements of work. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
Use of the portal and website
You must use our portal and website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not misuse our systems, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
Intellectual property
Kiwi Lab and its licensors retain all rights in our technology, branding, and content. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom work delivered to you is licensed or assigned as set out in the applicable project agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiwi Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
